At Pet Obsession, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

📦 Conditions for accepting a return

To approve a return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all its accessories
  • Show no damage from misuse or handling after delivery

🔄 Defective or incorrect product

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within the first 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. In these cases, we will evaluate and offer a refund, replacement, or re-delivery as appropriate.

❌ Cases not covered

We do not accept returns for products:

  • Used
  • Damaged by misuse
  • Without original packaging
  • Incomplete or with missing parts due to reasons not attributable to the store

đźšš Return shipping cost

If the return is due to a defect, original damage, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost. If it is due to a change of mind or regret, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If a refund is due, we will process it within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has not yet been processed, we can cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, the request must be processed as a return once the product is received.
